Why didn't my walk count?
Only walking counts. Moving faster than 15 km/h, a weak GPS signal, or GPS distance that does not match your steps is ignored.

Can other players see where I am?
No. Nobody can see your live location or routes — only the zones you own.

What happens to my zones on holiday?
Zones start weakening after 30 days without a visit and return to a guardian after 60 days. Walk&Own Plus members can freeze their zones for up to 30 days a year.

Why are there no cash prizes in my country?
Cash prizes start in a country once it has more than 5,000 monthly active players. Invite friends to unlock them! Every city still has a monthly champion with in-game rewards.

How do I cancel Walk&Own Plus?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Nothing you earned is deleted when Plus ends.

How do I join a team?
Open the invite link or scan the team's QR code, then confirm in the app.
